Frametastic free download for manage photos and videos

Very easy to use and nice features. But my one complaint is that if you have the iPhone version then get the iPad version, your purchases of the additional frames and layouts don't transfer over.
You may use it with:  iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.Requires iOS 4.3 or later.
